§1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "gamepj" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to the gamepj online gaming platform accessible at gamepj.net and its associated services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the gamepj platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the gamepj platform, through which all gaming and financial activity is conducted.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by the Player into their gamepj account using any of the supported Philippine payment methods (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, or USDT).
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to promotional credits awarded by gamepj to a Player's account under specific promotional terms, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• "Know Your Customer (KYC)" — refers to the identity verification procedures gamepj applies to Player accounts before authorising withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• "Prohibited Territories" — refers to jurisdictions from which Players are not permitted to register or use the gamepj platform, as determined by applicable law and gamepj's internal compliance policies.

§2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the gamepj platform — whether by creating an account, logging in, browsing game lobbies, making a deposit, or placing any wager — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. This acceptance is legally binding.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all aspects of the gamepj platform including, but not limited to, casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, e-sabong, promotional bonuses, payment transactions, and customer support interactions.

§3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on gamepj, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the law of your applicable jurisdiction.

§4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register a gamepj account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred currency (PHP). You are strictly prohibited from providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the gamepj platform. This restriction applies per individual person, per household, per device, and per shared IP address at gamepj's reasonable discretion. If gamepj detects the existence of duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all but the first registered account and to void any bonuses, free bets, or winnings generated from duplicate accounts.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

4.4 Account Closure by gamepj

gamepj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) gamepj has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; (c) required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe; or (d) continued account operation poses a legal or regulatory risk to gamepj.

§5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your gamepj login credentials, including your registered email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. gamepj will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your gamepj account that is not reused across other platforms.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

6.3 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed in real time and credited to your gamepj balance within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) may take longer depending on the Player's banking institution processing times. 7-Eleven OTC deposits are credited upon confirmation of payment receipt by gamepj's payment processor.

6.4 Prohibited Payment Sources

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name and over which you have lawful control. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, withholding of withdrawal requests pending investigation, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.

§7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from your gamepj account's Real Money Balance. Bonus Balance funds are not directly withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. gamepj reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request.

7.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

gamepj aims to process withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts as promptly as possible. GCash withdrawals are the fastest available channel. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the receiving institution's processing timelines. gamepj will communicate estimated processing times within the cashier section of the platform.

7.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

gamepj applies a return-to-source policy for withdrawals wherever technically possible. This means withdrawal funds will be returned to the same GCash number, PayMaya account, or bank account used for the original deposit. This policy is applied as an anti-fraud and AML measure and is non-negotiable except in documented exceptional circumstances reviewed by gamepj compliance.

7.4 Withdrawal Limits

gamepj may apply minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day, week, or month. 7.5 Withholding of Withdrawals

§8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

gamepj offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus credits awarded by gamepj are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the resulting bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates, and time limits for each promotion are stated in the promotion's individual terms.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

gamepj takes bonus integrity seriously. The following activities are classified as bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using betting patterns specifically designed to exploit bonus structures without genuine gameplay intent (e.g., low-risk hedging strategies that exploit bonus terms).
• Sharing bonus codes or referral links in ways that violate promotion terms.
• Providing false information to qualify for a bonus that the Player would otherwise not be eligible for.

8.4 gamepj's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

gamepj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time. gamepj also reserves the right to refuse bonus eligibility to any Player at its sole discretion where reasonable grounds exist to suspect misuse.

§9 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the gamepj platform — including slots, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, and e-sabong — are governed by the specific rules published within each game's interface or information section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real money wagers.

gamepj uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by gamepj or any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published in the individual game information panels.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, gamepj reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's balance. gamepj will not be liable for winnings that were not successfully recorded due to a technical failure beyond its reasonable control.

§10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gamepj platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering more than one account on the gamepj platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the gamepj platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live dealer card games.

§11 Intellectual Property

All content on the gamepj platform — including but not limited to the gamepj logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of gamepj or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gamepj platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any gamepj content without express written permission from gamepj.

§12 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits gamepj's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.

§13 Responsible Gaming

If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in Article 7.

§16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
